What Happens Next
Application Review
Your application is reviewed by IVCA's Certification Panel against the published requirements for your chosen tier. Evidence is assessed carefully. You may be contacted for clarification or additional documentation. Applications are typically reviewed within 5 to 10 working days.
Verification
Where relevant, IVCA may contact your Authorised Trainer or supervising practitioner to verify the training records and supervised practice hours you have submitted. This is a standard part of the process and ensures the integrity of the register.
Approval & Payment
If your application is approved, you will receive an email with a secure payment link for your annual membership fee (Foundation membership is free). Once payment is confirmed, your membership activates immediately — your digital credential and practitioner profile go live, and you gain full access to the member dashboard.
